At JetFit, I cater to a diverse clientele, including athletes, pre and postnatal individuals, and those in need of injury rehabilitation. My expertise spans across age groups, weight loss and strength training. My vision for JetFit is to provide my clients with quality programmes and guidance, to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. With the right tools, knowledge, and support, they can create a sustainable and healthy lifestyle that they love.


STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
Hi, I'm Jaimee and I am an online personal trainer and the proud owner of JetFit. I have been working in the health and fitness field for the past 6 years and I am now venturing into online personal training so I can reach more clients from all over. My fitness journey began as a teenager when I started taking sports more seriously. After completing high school, I pursued a career in the health and fitness industry by earning a Bachelor of Physical Education from Otago University. I furthered my studies by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Science, with a major in Physical Conditioning. Since completing my degree, I have gained valuable experience working for Les Mills, F45, High-Performance Sports New Zealand, Tennis New Zealand, IRANZ (International Rugby Academy NZ) and Habit Health gym.

- 2018 Bachelor of Physical Education Majoring in Physical Activity and Health, Otago University.
- 2019 Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Science Majoring in Physical Conditioning, Otago Polytechnic.

Athletes
I have worked with athletes from youth to high-performance levels and can create customized training programs specific to your sport and position. My expertise covers various sports, including Netball, Basketball, Football, Swimming, Tennis, Slalom Snow Skiing, Softball, and Rock Climbing. I can assist with your training needs in all phases, including pre-season, in-season, post-season, and rehabilitation.

Pre and Post Natal
In 2021 I completed my Post-natal studies with Puff Fitness. This has allowed me to guide my clients through their pregnancy and safely guide them back into exercise post-baby. I can help with Pelvic floor activation, and functional movements to help you lift, hold and carry your baby safely post-birth. Together we can create a programme that is flexible to the demands of being a mother of a newborn and gives you the confidence to exercise again.

Weight Loss & Building Muscle
This is the most popular goal for clients. I have worked with many clients over the years who want to lose weight and build some muscle. I will customise your programme to get you fitter and stronger by changing up your reps, sets, and intensity and introducing you to new exercises to achieve your goals.
